Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Baking Synergy services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Order Terms

All custom orders require a minimum 48-hour notice for standard items and 7 days for custom cakes. Wedding cakes and large event orders require consultation and may need 2-4 weeks advance notice. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders over $100.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full upon order completion unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved checks. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions over $500.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery for a full refund. Custom cake cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Wedding cake cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

Delivery Terms

Delivery is available within a 25-mile radius of our bakery for orders over $75. Delivery fees apply based on distance and order complexity. We are not responsible for damage to products after successful delivery and customer acceptance.

Liability

Baking Synergy liability shall not exceed the cost of the products purchased. We are not responsible for any consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Extreme weather conditions may affect product appearance and our ability to deliver. We reserve the right to modify delivery schedules due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
